FELIX Animation Update


  • Dear user, many important updates have been made to FELIX during the past two months.

    Major changes:


    • ANIMATION! Yes, now you can create animated walkthroughs of your projects! Still Beta! Watch this tutorial to see how: link

     

    • FELIX' s image format is getting even more powerful. Now you can extract single materials and objects from an image. Watch this tutorial to see how: link

     

    • Send scenes to other users! Simply click with the right mouse button over the scene and choose "send scene"

     

     

    Other changes:

    • Copy instanced object groups from one layer to and other.
    • "Matte" channel added to layers. Alpha channel has to be also activated.
    • Rendering efficiency information added to renderings. Helps you to optimize rendering times and animation costs.
    • "Object" shading improved.
    • Collision detection for objects has been improved. Many bugs removed.
    • Faster FELIX start-up.
